Each tower is crafted from a single piece of seamlessly extruded, mirror-polished aluminum resting on an inverted conical taper and a solid, vibration-dampening cast base. Because the BeoLab 8000 is an active system, dedicated internal power amplifiers drive the woofers and tweeter independently, eliminating the need for bulky outboard power amps. They can be integrated seamlessly into an authentic Bang & Olufsen audio setup via PowerLink, or connected directly to modern preamplifiers, DACs, and wireless streaming receivers (such as Sonos, Wiim, or Bluesound) via standard RCA Line-In.
